DORMA Gulf Celebrates 10th Anniversary with Inauguration of Middle East Regional Headquarters

 DORMA Gulf, the unprecedented regional market leader celebrates 10 years of excellence in the Middle East and inaugurates with Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority its new regional headquarters and production facility.
The Regional Headquarters serves as the hub of business operations in the Middle East, consolidating all the services in one single location, providing a strategic edge by offering much larger logistics and distribution facilities as well as production and assembly. Built over 6,500 square metres,the new facility will speed up delivery and service to the region’s burgeoning construction sector and meet the growing demand for better technology in door and access systems.
“This success has come a long way, Even as the construction in the region boomed, DORMA Gulf continued to dominate the construction sector,” says Mr Ben Shaw, regional director, DORMA Gulf.
The inauguration was honoured by Mr. Karl-Rudolf Mankel, the owner of the DORMA Group, Dr. Mohamed Al Banna – Vice President, Sales, JAFZA, DORMA Group chief executive office, Dr. Michael Schädlich and Regional Director Mr.Ben Shaw in the presence of DORMA Gulf’s prime partners, customers, architects, members of the German Industry & Association,German business council and the German consulate.

The facility also has a purpose-built showroom where architects, contractors and distributors at the event were given a comprehensive tour for a hands-on experience of DORMA products.
DORMA Gulf Door Controls FZE – a 100 percent owned subsidiary of DORMA Group is the regional headquarters of the group and oversees its activities in the Middle East. It is the market leader in door control products, glass fittings & accessories, movable walls/partition systems as well as automatic doors.
